Christine HilaryDAVISKeith, Pat, Sue and family are deeply grateful for the many expressions of sympathy and support - letters, cards, flowers and donations received from relatives, neighbours and friends following the untimely death of Hilary- a beloved sister, sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt. Music played a major part in Hilary's life and the generous tributes paid to her by former colleagues and friends in Leek Choral Society, and the Leekensian Operatic Society, plus former pupils of the schools in which she served, are deeply appreciated. We are indebted also to the Rev Richard Pope, Trinity Church and the staff at Messrs. Samuel Sigley and Sons (Undertakers) in making the funeral arrangements, and for their incomparable and unfailing sympathetic professionalism. A job well done. For Hilary, 'the song is ended but the melody lives on.'
